About
Bantam King is a Japanese Ramen Shop specializing in Chicken Ramen. Though a relatively new style of ramen in Japan, it has exploded in popularity. Unlike many ramen styles in Japan, it is not based on a specific location. What does that mean? Quite simply, all chicken ramen is similar despite which area or region it comes from. However, the people of Japan still consider chicken ramen as one of their authentic ramen styles.
So we bring you Chef Katsuya Fukushima's version of Chicken Ramen to DC.
In addition to the ramen, we have crispy fried chicken and chicken centered small plates.
